6 months before the wedding – decide on wedding invitation
Contact us with your thoughts – we can speed things up for the busy professional

6 months before the wedding – decide on your addressing method
We can order computer based addressing, line up a hand calligrapher

4 months before the wedding make your wedding invitation order –
We need your deposit of 1/2, your basics for wording, your choice of fonts
We can help with the design choices and talk you through the wording

3 1/2 months before the wedding take your envelopes to calligrapher for addressing

2 months before the wedding – mail your invitations

4-6 weeks before the wedding – order programs, menu cards, table numbers

3 weeks before the wedding – order place cards, escort cards or seating board
Excel lists in alphabetical order will be needed

2-6 weeks after the wedding – send thank you notes for gifts
